Zeolite, a Key to Vitality

‘Hi, my name's Nicole C. and I want to tell you about my personal experience with a product that has quite literally changed my life. (Sorry it's a long story because there is a lot to tell!) I'm 38, and have been ill for my entire adult life until just few months ago when I began to make a dramatic turn-around in my journey back to wellness.

Finally, many glorious illnesses later, I became ill with a bacterial infection in my brain and around my heart. It stopped me in my tracks, and even the experts told me that this was it - I could be managed but I'd never recover, and I would never reclaim the massive amount of cognitive function I had suddenly lost. I recovered from that too, using a combination of medical drugs and alternative treatments, but it left a lasting legacy of damage. I now had a liver that barely functioned, advanced Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, advanced heart disease, the hormones of a ninety year old, adrenal dysfunction, digestive issues, blood sugar problems and malnutrition among other things. My specialist told me he was really unsure what to do as I had already tried so many things.

I can't begin to tell you what a difference this product has made to my life. I have energy, I can think, my body is slowly becoming flexible again, I don't react to foods, chemicals and smells the way I did before, I sleep well, my moods are balanced, and most of all I just feel alive and human again. I wake each day feeling bright, enthusiastic and clear-headed, and I don't creak when I walk! Natural Preparation for Surgery

Preparation for Surgery
This is a general guide only. It is educational and is not a replacement for medical care or supervision.

♥ Homoeopathic Arnica 200: helps reduce shock. Take 1 dose per day for 2 days before surgery. Take 1 dose or have it rubbed into temples or lips as soon as possible after the surgery. Take 1 dose per day for 3 days. If you have pain or bruising, you may use Arnica 30 for a few days.

♥ Natural Vitamin C Complex 455mg: Take 2 slow release tablets every 3 hours for at least 3 days before surgery. Continue with 2 tablets every 2 hours (6 a day) after the surgery for 3 days. Then reduce to 2 tablets morning and 2 tablets evening for several weeks. This assists healing tissue, supports the immune system and helps the body cope with the anesthetic drugs.
You may use Vitamin C Complex Powder. If you get loose bowel movements, you need to reduce the dose and frequency.

♥ Chelated Zinc 15mg: Zinc encourages wound healing. 3 tablets per day for a week before surgery and 2 weeks after, then reduce to 2 tablets per day.

♥ Chelated Calcium/Magnesium: These minerals help with pain and healing. Take 2-4 tablets per day 1 week before surgery, and for 3 weeks after. If you have pain, you can take up to 12 tablets per day, chew a couple every 2 hours.

♥ Water Miscible Vitamin E Complex ( 4 Tocopherols and 4 Tocotrienols):
2 x 1 capsule for a week before surgery. Continue afterwards until healing is complete. Use externally on any scar.

Using positive imaging and holding the area under stress as well as your emotional points on the forehead can support the healing process.

Daily Focus

If you focus regularily on having achieved your goal, your mind will assist you in bringing about positive changes in your health.
Focusing is most successful when you make it a part of your daily routine.

Invest 10 minutes daily on building your mind-power so you can transform you body and life and take loving care of yourself.

When you tune into your heart, you are connecting to your inner wisdom, where you will want to support yourself in any way possible to achieve your goal. Your body systems work more effectively and you are calmer within, which translates into being in charge of your habits through choice.

1. Pick a time when you can be undisturbed for about 10 minutes.

2. Find a comfortable sitting or lying position, either on a chair or the floor.

3. Close your eyes and begin breathing slowly. Put your hand on your heart
and focus your energy there. Take about 20 slow breaths in and out.

4. Focus on your breaths. Imagine that all your stress and problems
leave you, as you exhale.

5. Now fill your heart with love and gratitude. Give it a colour. Give it a
warm and comforting feeling. You are totally ok as you are in this moment.
If you make changes to your habits, thoughts and behaviours, you make
them because you are drawn to this heart felt feeling and more abundant
health. Allow the feeling to cascade all over you, filling your belly, your
back, up to your head and down your arms. Allow it to fill your torso and
legs all the way to your toes. As you send this loving light to every organ
and tissue, you are optimizing the body’s own ability to heal and the cells’
ability to utilize nutrients and get rid of waste.

Imagine yourself having achieved your goal, feel it. Congratulate yourself
on taking action, visualize yourself feeling good in your body. You can
imagine yourself as you want and deserve to be, strong, soft,
beautiful, happy, connected.


6. You may want to do your specific meridian balance now or read:
Today I choose to treat my being with love and respect. I choose to act in
my best interest and I choose to support myself in achieving my goal. I
joyfully let go of tension and stress, so I can fully focus on my goal.
Today I choose to be in my power and in charge of my habits.
I choose to feel motivated to exercise and follow the steps that take
me to my goal. Today I choose to celebrate my progress and continue to
respond to life from my heart.


7. When you feel ready, conclude the session by thanking the universe for
this gift of vision.

8. Resume your daily activities. Notice that you will feel warm, calm, quietly
energized. Every time you visualize yourself having achieved your goal,
these warm feelings will return.

Why I studied Natural Therapies

People often ask me what inspired me to become involved
in Natural Therapies.
I’ve had a few experiences that made a big impact on my thinking
and searching.

As a young “back to the land” mother, I took my 3 months
old first born to be vaccinated. My whole instinct didn’t
want to do it, but I was talked into going ahead, seemingly
in his best interest.
For the first time, he became really unwell, I could not
pacify his discomfort.
I felt very responsible for the sleepless night and the
many colds that followed the injection. I decided that I
would not take him anywhere near another needle.
I started to read and gather information, where I
discovered that vaccines can be anything but safe.

The nurse I saw for a general check-up some weeks later
urged me to “jab” him again. This time I said no. She then
told me that it was going to be my fault if my baby died of
childhood illnesses!

I went home and cried and cried. I made a decision to
educate myself well, so I could keep my child healthy. I
learned about organically grown food and we planted a huge
vegetable garden and fruit trees. We had our own milking
goat and chickens which laid the best eggs.

What fascinated me was Homoeopathy and I studied the
remedies to help with acute illnesses and accidents as well
as the Bach Flower remedies for emotional balance. I wanted
to know how to nurse my children through any illnesses
successfully (and I did, even the measles)

I could write a lot about what I discovered in my studies,
how childhood illnesses help mature the immune system and
how inappropriate and dangerous vaccines can be.
It was not until many years later that I met several
mothers with vaccine damaged children.
So once I studied, I realized how much I wanted to help
people with their health.

I studied massage and then I found Kinesiology.
Kinesiology has been my passion for over 20 years.
The word Kinesiology means the study of how muscles act
and co-ordinate the body. Kinesiology as a natural health
modality is comprehensive health care. It balances the
whole person, rather than treating symptoms or named
diseases.

The muscles are used to monitor stress and
imbalances within the body/mind. Muscle response testing
becomes an effective tool to detect and correct blockages
relating to stress, nutrition, learning problems, injuries
and energy. Your body is the authority about you. It can
give you feedback via monitoring muscle responses, such as
which foods strengthen or weaken you; what you need to do
to build self-esteem and heal your life; how to increase
your vitality and have physical, emotional, chemical and
energetic balance in your life.

For 20 years I’ve been helping people regain their health
and vitality, achieve more of their potential and heal
their lives.
I have a sign on my door “changing the world one brain at
the time”
I teach a Kinesiology Course associated with the
International College of Professional Kinesiology
Practice (ICPKP) and have authored several Kinesiology and
self-help courses.
I have written a course on “First Aid for Emotional Trauma”,
which will be available as an e-book. For now it’s
only available as a workshop manual and it’s best to turn
up for the course, as it is very practical.

First Aid for Emotional Trauma

Here is a summary of a presentation I will do at this years annual Kinesiology Conference in Brisbane Australia.

Effective care and healing time is as essential for emotional trauma as it is for physical injury. If emotional trauma is attended to with skill, love and care, then healing can happen with a minimum of scarring and future limitation.
If this care is not given, the painful memory may be locked into the body/mind like a hologram that can be triggered again and again by any event that looks, smells, sounds or feels like the original event. Kinesiology often takes a client to these unhealed experiences.

Knowing how to help a traumatized person in present time empowers a friend or even a stranger to help effectively. Many people avoid talking to the emotionally injured person or avoid talking about what has happened, because they themselves feel uncomfortable and don’t know what to say or do. This often leads to the person in pain avoiding letting others know how they honestly are, because they don’t want“to be a burden”, “trouble” or they don’t want to see the people around them suffering or worrying because of them. They push their feelings deeper into the body and may develop unhealthy coping mechanisms.

During trauma, we all use certain coping mechanisms to help us survive the immediate pain. However, it is important not to get stuck in a pain behaviour or survival reaction.

This is where First Aid for Emotional Trauma comes into action.
Emotional trauma affects every aspect of the human being. Acupuncture meridians become unbalanced, digestion and elimination don’t work properly, we can’t think creatively and immune function is put on hold. This can lead to degeneration of a person’s health. The effects of longstanding stress have been well researched and documented.

The saying “time will heal” is only true if we allow the healing process to unfold. Many people don’t know how to let healing happen and how to support the process. Often they end up suppressing the experience they’ve had.
We are born with an amazing ability to handle stress and survive trauma. However, if trauma is suppressed rather than healed, recovery may not happen fully. If trauma is not attended to with care, many other areas of life may be affected.

Emotional First Aid follows a priority protocol, just like physical First Aid. You can learn the practical steps and share them with others.

How fat is your child?

Hello on this cool and beautiful winter’s morning in

the Bay.

I’ve been thinking of a major article written in an

Australian week-end paper lift-out magazine called

“How fat is your child?”

And the report is frightening. What used to happen to

many people in middle age now affects children.

There are many theories, like they watch television after

school instead of playing outdoors. But I believe the main

reason is eating convenience foods and sugar. Imagine

putting lawn mower fuel into a precision car – WRONG fuel.

The human body with its energy producing cells is much

More than a precision engine, it actually has a survival

mechanism that will survive on less than optimum fuel.

But it was not designed to run on junk foods!

You deserve the best, the food that makes you thrive.

What is that?

It will vary a little according to you genetic ancestry,

but generally you’ll be looking at:

  • a good variety of vegetables, organically grown if possible
  • protein foods like eggs, meats and fish
  • lentils and beans
  • nuts and seeds
  • cold pressed oils
  • a variety of fruits
  • whole grains
  • some organic milk products ( if you don’t have an allergy

problem. Indigenous people from the Pacific, New Zealand,

Australia and some other countries never drank milk beyond

weaning, dairy foods are not a healthy choice for them)

  • clean water (remove chlorine, fluoride and other pollutants

You see there are no ice creams, refined breads, sweets or

soft drinks, frozen pizzas or TV dinners.
